Like most restaurants in Baguio, Everything Nice started out as a humble backyard experiment, selling Cassava Cake and Crinkles to neighbors in Camp John Hay. Fast forward to today and this family-run business has turned into a full-scale restaurant serving hundreds of loyal customers everyday.
Everything Nice, with its bright interiors and floor-to-ceiling windows, is best known for its family recipes and hearty meals, like the crowd-favorite Baguio Longganisa. Loyal patrons flock here for their wide array of cakes and hot drinks, perfect for the cold Baguio weather.
Read on to discover the 6 must-try dishes at our new favorite brunch spot in Baguio!
Everything Nice House Salad
We started our meal off with the Everything Nice House Salad (Php 230), a light and refreshing starter that goes well with their fresh lemonade. What’s in the salad? Organic lettuce, capers, red onions, cucumbers, bell peppers, sun-dried tomatoes, croutons and fresh basil, served with a garlic mustard dressing.
Aside from strawberries, ube jam and coffee, Baguio is also famous for its longganisa. One of the specialities at Everything Nice is their famous Baguio Longganisa (Php 185 for 6pcs, Php 245 for 12pcs). This crowd favorite comes with either 6 or 12 pieces of lean garlic longganisa and served with garlic balatinao rice, two sunny-side up eggs and a side of atchara.
Spinach and Mushroom Omelette
We can never turn down a good omelette, especially one that’s packed with fresh ingredients, like the Spinach and Mushroom Omelette (Php 195). The omelette comes with strawberry jam and toast, too!
Seafood Pesto a la Crema
You wouldn’t normally think of ordering the Seafood Pesto a la Crema (Php 285) for brunch, but digging into this creamy pasta stuffed with seafood and greens was arguably the highlight of our meal!
Going on a Baguio food trip?
Another not-so-typical brunch dish, the Crispy Tilapia (Php 275) was a pleasant surprise. The fish was deep fried, coated in ginger-garlic sauce, and served in fillet strips, which removed the unwanted ordeal of picking through fish bones.
Strawberries & Cream Cake and Italian Baked Cheesecake
Of course, we couldn’t end our brunch without trying the signature cakes that Everything Nice is known for. The verdict? The Strawberries and Cream Cake and Italian Baked Cheesecake did not disappoint! We may come back just for these two cakes!
Everything Nice is the perfect brunch spot, whether for a quick girls’ catch-up or some alone time. If you’re looking for a restaurant with delicious family recipes, Instagram-worthy meals, and scrumptious desserts, Everything Nice is an absolute must when in Baguio!
